Love this campground! I tent camped at site 28. The nearest shower/restroom is about 2 min walk. The shower house has 3 toilet stalls and 3 shower stalls. Most campers have an RV, so the shower house is usually empty and clean. It's a big campground and the campsites are so spacious. Most have electric but a few don't. A few little hiking trails and MTB trail too. I will definitely come back to camp here!
ALWAYS great !! sites are clean, bathrooms are clean. It's a private get away. Trails around the array of camp site circles are a nice walk for kids. Going down to the lake say or dark of the night is always a joy. Got to see the star link both nights. Dark enough I saw several satellites. Will return next year. Usually come 1-2x a year.
The camp ground was clean. Our site was flat and grassy, but no trees. There is absolutely nothing for children to do. There was no playground, hiking trails or a camp store, There was a small, rocky sandy beach next to a boat launch (not walking distance)with a sign posted that there was a high bacteria level in the water, not recommended to swim!!! There is a larger beach and nice hiking trails, but a bit of a drive not located in the campground. Maybe a nice campground for adults who like to stick to their campsite but for a family with kids who like to get out and explore not so much. I guess we’ll be heading back to the KOA!
Love it at Caesar’s Creek. Clean restrooms, spacious campgrounds, plenty of fishing, stuff for the kids to do throughout the day.
The campsites are nicely separated, and the grass is well maintained around the sites. There aren't many trees for shade on most of the sites. They say not to park on the grass, but most everyone with a trailer were, and the RVers with a car, and all the boat trailers. The lake in August is suffering from some sort of pollution, so we chose not to swim in it. We didn't see a single tent, just trailers and RVs. And while there are full sites with septic, water and electric, the electric sites don't have water, and there aren't nearby spigots.
First time at this park. It was great. Camping spots were long and wide. It was the ideal place to camp for the renaissance fest.
Restrooms were very clean.
Very nice RV areas for sure. Enough space, not too close together. Room for dogs... having the lake handy is a big plus as well. It was also nice and clean...
The campgrounds have a lot of campsites and they are nice large campsites, but with little shade. The staff are nice. Beautiful lake with amazing sunsets! The restrooms and showers could use some work. And it would be nice if they added more full hookup sites. Overall we will be back.
